1. We will not release birds beyond the range that they are able to fly home safely

2. A handler will be present at all times, we DO NOT send our birds for self-release

3. A 50% deposit is required to confirm when booking to confirm and secure your date

4. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the release date

5. In the unfortunate event that the doves cannot be released, due to unift weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the release and provide a full refund at our discretion

6. If in the the event that we have to cancel a release, due to weather, you still require the doves for display purposes in your photographs etc a 50% refund will be given

7. As live birds we are not able to guarantee that the brids will perform exactly as required everytime
